LUNCH-
Salad sandwich

AFTERNOON-
Fruit and Nut bar
Apple

DINNER-
Grilled chicken. grilled veg, homemade wedges

DESSERT-
Organic Yoghurt with raspberries
Vegetable

breakfast- rye toast and avocado, apple

lunch-chilli beef and brocolli/cauli

dinner-tofu stirfry topped with almonds

water and diet coke
