2 vita brits
approx 1 cup hot full-cream lactose free milk
cup of tea with HALF (instead of 1) tsp sugar and f/c milk
(plus my last antibiotic, an emu-oil tablet and puff of athsma preventative washed down with a glass of water
2 scrambled eggs
2 slices white toast, with a thin spread of margarine
1/2 a tomato sliced
2 pieces ham
1 bowl of tabouleh (approx 1 cups - not so good for the wisdom teeth, shoulda thought that one through)
1 banana muffin (which wasn't as good as it smelled)
1/2 cup yoghurt with tsp honey and an apricot
1 piece of bread and honey
dammit. honey sandwich, a muffin and an apricot.
At least the muffin was bad enough to convince me to toss the rest. I'm still too dignified to eat from the garbage.
But I have stuck to half a teaspoon of sugar in my tea all day and bought skim milk in the shopping to try to wean myself on to it.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
