Snack: 1 orange
Lunch will be: a chicken sandwich and soup
snack: cucumber dipped in tomato hummus

I'm a big fan of carrot sticks dipped in homous (normal chickpea hommous)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
