b'fast: fc (fullcream) milk with 1 cup muesli
snack: 2 sweet biscuits + coffee, fc milk, 1 tsp sugar
lunch: tuna & parsley sandwich
snack: 2 sweet biscuits + cofee, fc milk, 1 tsp sugar
On way home from work: small packet of 'french fries'
I am 2 biscuits and one coffee down on yesterday. So far.
Problem noted: too easy to eat biscuits at workplace. Need something healthier, at least. Need to add healthy snack foods to shopping list.
Coffee problem: will look into 'tone' milk as prescribed by another poster (thankyou) ...or brand offering similar quality of skim milk. Will try coffee with 1/2 sugar.
