BREAKFAST-
TF Strawberries and Cream Shake

LUNCH-
Grilled chicken & mixed veg

A/T-
Apple

DINNER-
TF Vanilla shake

DESSERT-
Diet Jelly

3 ltrs water

Breakky
- porridge

Lunch
- Tom Yum soup with udon noodles and fish tofu

Dinner
- Small portion of tuna caserole, eaten on the run while working

Snacks
- :( 4 crackers with vegemite and low fat cheese
- 3 rice thins with tuna and cottage cheese
- Chicken tender thing (97% fat free, but still...)
- 6 beers!!! :(
and all my snacks were one after the other, at 1 am, after the beers. sigh.
Life is too important to be taken seriously!

I had people over for dinner so diet was out of wack but a nice day

breakfast-egg, rye toast,1 sml piece bacon

snack-rice crackers and salsa

lunch- big grean salad, garlic and olive oil marinated steak
2 choc cookies

dinner-more crackers and salsa

drinks-wine (too much)
