- Small portion of tuna caserole, eaten on the run while working
4 crackers with vegemite and low fat cheese
- 3 rice thins with tuna and cottage cheese
- Chicken tender thing (97% fat free, but still...)
- 6 beers!!!
and all my snacks were one after the other, at 1 am, after the beers. sigh.
