Top o' the mornin' to ya!
Breakfast
180g tub of le rice snack thingumie (left over from the wisdom teeth affair!)
2 pieces of toast (still white unfortunately, yuck) with organic marmalaide
Lunch
Sandwich with light ham and 1/2 tsp of yoghurt cheese (very nice)
1/2 cup yoghurt with honey and strawberries
Dinner
A bread roll turned into a pizza with tomato paste, tomato, capsicum, chilli, olives, corn and cheese
1/2 cup tabouleh
1/2 cup yoghurt with honey and an apricot
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
