Oats clusters
lite soy
1 tbs sultanas

LUNCH-
Large mixed salad
99% fat free fried noodles (instead of croutons mmmm :) )
apple

A/TEA-
Apple

DINNER-
Zucchini Quiche & salad

DESSERT-
Lite berry yoghurt

3 litres water
Vegetable

BREAKFAST
3 weetbix, skim milk
tea, skim, equal

M/TEA
2 CHOC CHIP COOKIES (6g fat)
coffee, skim, 1 sugar

LUNCH
no fat yoghurt
1 pear
decaf, skim, equal

A/TEA
1 very small peice b'day cake
tea, skim, equal

TEA
spaghetti bolognese

NOT THE BEST DAY
but not too bad

gym workout and 30 min walk

minnistroni soup without the pasta
