Breakfast
1 piece toast (Wheat Free Yeast Free) with a little vegimite

Breakfast
2 Vita Brits
½ cup skim milk
½ glass orange juice

1 cup coffee

Breakfast
I slice of toast with light peanut butter
2 coffees, no sugar, low fat milk.
1 glass of water to wash down a tablet.

Lunch will be
scrambled eggs, mushroom and tomato
low fat yoghurt

Dinner will be
Grilled Steak and salad (maybe a bug or prawns also)

If I have a snack it will be an apple and or raw nuts and raisins (about 1/2 dozen of each)

I think I'll be having similar

Afternoon everyone!

Breakfast
2 weet bix with 3/4 cup hot LIGHT milk, honey and strawberries
2 pieces of toast with marmalaide
glass of orange juice

Lunch
A smoked salmon, brie and caper toasted foccacia and side salad

Dinner
Same as last night, a roll turned into a tomato paste, tomato, capsicum, chilli, corn, olive cheese and mixed herb grilled pizza roll with 1/2 cup tabouleh.
1/2 cup youghurt with honey and apricot
