Afternoon everyone!
Breakfast
2 weet bix with 3/4 cup hot LIGHT milk, honey and strawberries
2 pieces of toast with marmalaide
glass of orange juice
Lunch
A smoked salmon, brie and caper toasted foccacia and side salad
Dinner
Same as last night, a roll turned into a tomato paste, tomato, capsicum, chilli, corn, olive cheese and mixed herb grilled pizza roll with 1/2 cup tabouleh.
1/2 cup youghurt with honey and apricot

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
