Breakfast: Protein crunch, "Start the day" breakfast drink
Morning tea: Protein bar (home made, yum!)
Lunch: Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread, Protein shake
Afternoon snack: Veggie soup
Dinner: Tofu & veg stir fry
Dessert: Diet jelly
Late night snack: Nothing!!!
