Overnight: Banana bread (made with wheat protein isolate instead of flour!), cashew spread 25g, plus a couple of other things that I can't remember what they were :oops:
Breakfast: Protein crunch, "Start the day" breakfast drink
Morning tea: Protein bar (home made, yum!)
Lunch: Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread, Protein shake
Afternoon snack: Veggie soup
Dinner: Tofu & veg stir fry
Dessert: Diet jelly
Late night snack: Nothing!!!

breaky-my thermo/protien shake and musuli

lunch-tuna/salad, pear

dinner- chicken catcitorie
