dinner: I cup of low joule chicken cuppa soup

1 cup of stir-fried vegetables wrapped in roti bread, cheese sauce on top

later snacks: coffee, milk, one sugar X 2
another slice of roti bread
muesli bar
nectarine x 1
slice of normal bread by x 1

Not all at once. I am embarrassed writing these food crimes but I just feel that there is no point omitting the truth. I am hoping that if I continue to acknowledge what I put in my mouth, that I will be training myself out of gluttony.
As usual, the worst time is night time. Got to get a handle on this.
