Breakfast
2 weetbix with honey 3/4 cup light milk and a banana
Lunch
2 eggs, scrambled, on 2 pieces of margarined toast with 2 slices of light ham and sliced tomato
Snack
one banana
Dinner
Went out with friends. Had grilled salmon with chips and salad followed by a baby (1/2 scoop) low fat icecream

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
