Breakfast: Bran Plus, a tiny apple, Protein shake
Morning snacks: Home made protein bar w. coffee, FibreX cereal
Lunch: Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread
Afternoon snack: Veggie soup
Dinner: Roast Pumpkin & Spinach Pie (without the bacon!) w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly
Late night snack: Watermelon

Breakfast - warm weetbix with light milk and small sprinke of sugar

M/Tea - lcm bar

Lunch: Chicken and Salad

Arvo Tea - 4 wholemeal crackers and vegemite

Slip Up - Packet of Rice Ones - Sour Cream (these are made by Trident and are really yummy!!!)

Dinner - Either a shake or fish not sure.

breaky-protien/thermo shake, yogurt and fruit

lunch-teriaki steak and salad

dinner-probably some lamb and veges

far too much diet coke and coffees too!!
