Breakfast

Yoghurt & Stewed Apple with Cinnamon

Lunch will be
2 Boiled Eggs
Small salad

Going to my Mum's later so we will probably buy a chook and I will make a lettuce salad to take with some Rockmelon.

Will take her out for a coffee and cake, but I'll leave the cake. :D

breakfast: one weetbix with half cup of muesli and quarter cup of milk.

one coffee, milk, sugar.

k...today I buy tone milk. And start the half sugar.

Good on you Carla - at least the Tone milk is a good way to go - I usually use the Pura Light Start - I can handle that one.

Yes Maria, I put it on word and blew it up, it read that Maria had a

2 weetbix, 3/4 cup of milk, honey, 3 strawberries
2 pieces multigrain toast with margarine and marmalaide

Lunch
1 homity pie with tomato chutney

Dinner
Will be - 1 Nichols Chicken breast with salad (the bloke will have roast vegies and gravy with his chicken - saves me cooking 2 meals)

Actually dinner turned out to be going out to dinner at a mexican restaraunt. Had beef fajitas I think? Then we went for a walk round the docks

lunch:

two slices of wholegrain toast with tomato and tspoon margarine

1 x piece of roti

Dinner: Hamburger

200 grams of cashews.

small piece of steak

and had a stubby and 2 cruisers in the city.

Probably sounds like Im not even trying...but infact another stubby was offered to me plus a heap of lollies and I turned them down.
