Yep Dolly you better go and get some water in ya
The splash of cordial certainly helps we with my distaste of water though.
For lunch: Oops my halo just slipped and nearly choked me
lettuce, tomato, cucumber and a little red capsicum sandwich on wholemeal. A glass of water with splash of ribena light.
Dinner tonight will be:
Rack roast beef. steamed vegies consisting of brocolli, carrots, beans, peas and cauliflower. Might even force myself to have a glass or so (maybe 3)
of Tassie red wine.
