I thought I better post that my ISP bill is due and I will be paying it by Thursday but they will most likely cut me off as of tomorrow, until paid.

So, in keeping with how well this is going for me (confessing my eating habits really is making me think much more about what Im eating and I am already starting to curb the gratutious gutsing), I will continue to keep a food diary on my word-processor which I intend to paste when back online, if I am cut off.

This is becoming a habit for me. Which is great!!!

If I dont see you all in the next few days....may the weight-loss fairy-goddess keep you all inspired, committed and on track. (Of course....she lives inside each and all of you)

Thanks for your kind words in regards to the weight-loss fairy Carla and thanks for letting us know what might happen if you suddenly disappear.
It's so true what you're saying about us recording our food here with honesty, it sure does keep us in line.
Which reminds me I had a slice of bread and a kiwi fruit as a late night snack.

3 x slices wholegrain toast with approx 2 tspns margarine.
