bowl of fruit (stewed apple, apricot, cherries, strawberries) with some light custard
2 pieces of wholemeal sourdough toast cut in 4 with jam, marmalaide, peanut butter and vegemite
Cup of tea with 1/2 tsp sugar and milk
Wholemeal sourdough sandwich with avocado instead of butter, lettuce, light triple smoked ham, tomato and grilled marinated chilli.
Cup of tea, 1/2 sugar and milk
Vegetarian lasagne home made and very yummy (1 slice 1/2 the size of my partners) with yummy greek salad and some yummo red wine - wee bit wipsy
Will probably have a cup of proper stove brewed chai tea with honey for dessert treat
