Breakfast
Yoghurt & Mango Smoothie

Morning!

Breakfast
bowl of fruit (stewed apple, apricot, cherries, strawberries) with some light custard
2 pieces of wholemeal sourdough toast cut in 4 with jam, marmalaide, peanut butter and vegemite
Cup of tea with 1/2 tsp sugar and milk

Lunch
Wholemeal sourdough sandwich with avocado instead of butter, lettuce, light triple smoked ham, tomato and grilled marinated chilli.
Cup of tea, 1/2 sugar and milk

Dinner
Vegetarian lasagne home made and very yummy (1 slice 1/2 the size of my partners) with yummy greek salad and some yummo red wine - wee bit wipsy

Will probably have a cup of proper stove brewed chai tea with honey for dessert treat

Hello

breakfast: one slice of wholemeal toast with marmite on it
half a cup of cold cereal with low fat milk.

helping OH construct a patio today so lots of workouts shifting earth and stone etc...been out there 3 hours all ready - let's hope it will help shift some more kilos :roll:

I just had to come in and check up on my friends :D

bowl of salad ( 4 cherry tomatos,1 slice pineapple,2 slices b root ,5 small slices of cucmber and few slices of fat free ham with l fat french dressing). i 99%fat free cuppa soup
