Breakfast
1 plain skim yoplus yogurt
1 kiwi fruit

Snack
20 hazel nuts

Lunch
2 slices rye bread
tinned pink salmon
side salad
1 orange

Snack
20 pecan halves

Dinner
fillet of fish
a baked potato
1 metric cup mixed vegies
6 dried apricot halves

Snack
20 almonds

Breakfast
1 bowl of muesli with stewed apples and 3/4 cup hot milk

10:18am
1 65ml bottle of yakult

Lunch
Leftover vegetarian lasagne, 1 piece of wholemeal bread with margarine and a banana and a cup of tea.

a 750ml bottle of water with a bit of lime and ginger cordial while shopping

4:52pm
1 cup of "Natures cuppa" coffee substitute with milk and 1/2tsp honey

Dinner
Will be : 1 hunza pie with some yummy bean salad and a glass of red wine. I'll have an apricot for afters later with another cup of "Natures Cuppa"............and 2 bikkies :oops: oh well, at least I enjoyed them

8:33pm
1 cup of stress less herbal tea with a little honey

* Small serve Special K with low fat milk
* 1 slice white toast with marg and vegemite

Lunch:
* 4 Corn Thins with Low Fat Cottage Cheese and Sliced Tomato
* 100g corned meat
* 1 orange

Afternoon Snack:
* 1 serve Lebanese Bread 'Chips' with Sour Cream and Chive Sprinkle

Dinner (will be):
* Porcupine Casserole with small serve of potato, carrot, Broccoli and Beans

Dessert (will be):
* Low Joule Jelly with Fruit

Daily Totals:
5900kJ/25.6g Fat

Still working on the patio so hope some kilo's or even a fraction of a kilo will be removed from my bulk :)

Dinner:
porterhouse staek with visible fat removed, lettuce, tomatos, cucmber salad and steamed broccoli and carrots.

No snacks :cry:
