Breakfast
1 bowl of muesli with stewed apples and 3/4 cup hot milk

1 65ml bottle of yakult
Lunch
Leftover vegetarian lasagne, 1 piece of wholemeal bread with margarine and a banana and a cup of tea.
a 750ml bottle of water with a bit of lime and ginger cordial while shopping
4:52pm
1 cup of "Natures cuppa" coffee substitute with milk and 1/2tsp honey
Dinner
Will be : 1 hunza pie with some yummy bean salad and a glass of red wine. I'll have an apricot for afters later with another cup of "Natures Cuppa"............and 2 bikkies

oh well, at least I enjoyed them

1 cup of stress less herbal tea with a little honey
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
