Breakfast: bowl of chicken soup made from cooking chicken frame in boiling water, with cooked onion, carrot and celery, 1/2 glass of daily orange juice, skinny white tea (no sugar).
Lunch: small bowl of tortellini with paul newman pasta sauce and shaved cheese slices, skinny flat white (no sugar)
Plans for dinner: im going to have a skinny white tea (no sugar) and the rest of the chicken soup i made, with a piece of wholemeal bread to dip in the soup- yummy.
Snacks- 1 marie biscuit
The boy and i are going out tonight to a po ker night at a friend's place, but I'm only drinking tea and coffee while i'm there
