Bowl of meusli with strawberries, a bit of honey and 3/4 cup of hot milk
a bottle of yakult
a wholemeal sourdough sandwich with avocado instead of margarine, lettuce, ham and tomato
an apricot, 750ml bottle water with a bit of ginger and lime cordial
1 cup of natures cuppa with milk and honey
1 hunza pie and some bean salad. a glass of apple/blackcurrant juice no added sugar THERE WILL BE NO BIKKIES TONIGHT! But I did have a banana oatmeal and pecan muffin

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
