BREAKFAST

Breakfast
Bowl of meusli with strawberries, a bit of honey and 3/4 cup of hot milk

Lunch
a bottle of yakult
a wholemeal sourdough sandwich with avocado instead of margarine, lettuce, ham and tomato

Snack
an apricot, 750ml bottle water with a bit of ginger and lime cordial

4:05pm
1 cup of natures cuppa with milk and honey

Dinner
1 hunza pie and some bean salad. a glass of apple/blackcurrant juice no added sugar THERE WILL BE NO BIKKIES TONIGHT! But I did have a banana oatmeal and pecan muffin

Slept in this morning so only had an apple for brekkie.

tinned pink salmon
lettuce
tomato
1 glass of skim milk
1 kiwi fruit

Breakfast

2pieces of toast with vegemite

lunch
1 chicken buger no mayo

snack
1 banana

dinner
3 pieces of pizza

Wednesdays are my bad day lol thats shopping day and takeaway night . Only once a week . A girls gotta live heheh
