2 pieces of wholemeal sourdough toast with vegemite and marmalaide and a cup of tea
A bowl of fruit (cherries, strawberries and stewed apple) and a banana oatbran and pecan muffin
2 750ml bottles of water with fresh squeezed lemon juice rather than cordial to have while walking to and from work
Snack (if you can call it that)
On Dolly's iodine advice - a teaspoon of kelp powder in a mouthfull of fruit juice (errggh)
and also a bottle of yakult that I forgot to have this morning
Stir fry vegies with rice a-la the recipe on here, and a nanie muffin with a cup of tea
1 cup of natures cuppa with 1/4 tsp honey ( still hungry but no more food)

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
