Breakfast
Sure Slim Cereal & 1/2 cup Milk

Lunch will be
2 Boiled Eggs
Small Lettuce Salad
Apple

Breakfast
1/2 metric cup muesli, 3/4 metric cup milk - no honey
1 65ml bottle of yakult
1/4 metric cup of apple/blackcurrant juice to have with 1 tsp kelp powder

Lunch
1 metric cup of bean salad
1 750 ml bottle of water with juice of 1/2 a lemon

Snack
a cup of tea with 1/2 metric tsp sugar and 1 metric tbsp milk and a 50g muffin
1 750 ml bottle of water with juice of 1/2 a lemon

Dinner
Having an early dinner as I'm going to a Golden key evening where there will be "delicious [read naughty] nibbles"
450gm hunza pie

1 glass of water
1 glass of red wine
1 strawberry
2 750 ml bottle of water with juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 muffin and a cup of tea

Tegan, whats it like taking the kelp powder? I use the Natures Own kelp tablets 1000mg so I don't really get to taste the stuff.

Very Late Breakfast
20 raw pecan halves
20 raw hazelnut halves
20 raw almonds
1 glass of no fat milk

Snack
1 huge kiwi fruit


Lunch
1 egg fried in 1 teaspoon olive oil
1 sliced of multigrain toasted bread
tomato sauce
1 glass orange juice

Snack
1 cup yoplus plain skim yoghurt
containing 1 finely chopped fuji apple


Dinner
fresh fish
stirfry veggies
quarter of a cup of maggi oyster sauce

Snack
1 large glass of no fat milk

Kelp powder = taste like ground up fish. Smells like the beach. Yerghhh :?

I should note, I got the powder last year. I got the powder because it was cheaper than the tablets. Why pay for a bit of coating? I thought....No I KNOW why people buy the tablets. i stopped taking it last year after about a week. bleegghh
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)

At least that kelp seaweed powder should do great things with your metabolism.

Bowl of sultana crunch
coffee

Lunch:

cuppa soup- cream of chicken and vegetable
150 grams of oven roasted chickpeas

afternoon:

latte
slice of kraft cheese


dinner:

2 1/2 devilled sausages
2 small potatoes
1/3 cup peas

2 coffees

Now using low-fat milk that tastes o.k
