Muesli with stewed apple, apricot and strawberries and 3/4 cp milk. 1 1/2 pieces of wholemeal sourdough bread with squished banana. And just enough juioce to mix a teaspoon of kelp powder and gulp down in one go!

1 apple and I will finish off the 2 bottles of lemon water I took to work but only had a chance to drink half of one!!!! and the bottle of yakult i forgot to have this morning
will have the leftover stirfry and rice
And some scroggin (mixed dried fruit, nuts, seeds and a few bits of carob) with a cup of tea
tummy was grumbling so I had another cup of tea and an apple
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
