Breakfast
Fresh Fish
Apple

Was very happy with myself, I didn't have any of the party pies or finger food at Crystal's birthday party. I didn't even have any of the delish looking chocolate and cream Birthday cake. :D

Lunch
I felt like something different and cut a mountian bread in quarters then put a piece in each side of a cheese toastie machine, put a spoon of 3 bean mix in each piece then covered with the other pieces of mountain bread. Closed the lid and toasted it.....Yumo

Hi Butterfly_Dawn

Definitely your influence
I don't really have a sweet-tooth but needed something along those lines and the vanilla one was ok - not that fussed on the fruity ones though but OH is :D

The fridge is taken over with yoghurts and Le Rice LOL
