7:00 - muesli with a banana and low fat milk

9:15 - handful of fruit and nuts - but I resisted the fundraising honey nougat roll despite having $1 in my pocket

11:30 - ham/salad multigrain roll (a smallish one, not one of the huge ones). I was really hungry and wanted lunch :oops:

12:30 - mandarin - to stave off those chocolate cravings

2:30 - 2 slices fruit and nut sourdough with peanut butter

4:20 - 1 pear

5:30 - 1 tuna pattie

7:00 - 1/4 slice zuchini slice and salad

Beverages - 1/2 glass orange juice for my morning medications, 2 green teas, 4 teas with milk

Exercise - none of note today, didn't ride due to wind/inclement weather this morning

that's tiny hunni...

ok at that stage yesterday i'd had

brekkie 7am- bowl of special k almond and honey version with low fat milk, glass of squeezed orange juice

at work- flat white, lots of water

lunch 12:30pm- 3 sushi handrolls, skim cappuccino

CW- 57kgs, GW- 53kgs (8kgs lost!)
