muesli with stewed apple, strawberries and 1/2 a banana with 3/4 cup of milk
1 slice of sprouted rye sourdough toast with the other half of the nanie (no butter)
a bottle of yakult (the penultimate one - and they've restored the good bacteria balance from the anti-biotics I think)
and the kelp/juice combo
will be a picnic at the botanical gardens - salad sandwich with the sprouted rye bread with lettuce, egg, tomato and light hommous. I will also take some fruit (maybe an apple and a handfull of scroggin) and a couple of bottles of my lemon water
Ok, I had my sandwich, plus just a small spoon of a really yummy rice salad (rice, pumpkin, broad beans, spinach, sunflower and pumpkin seeds - I grilled the maker's brain), 2 hand-made sushi rolls (which I must learn to make), 2 cherries, 1 slice of watermelon and 1 wedge of fresh pineapple. And I resisted all the chippies chocolate and bikkies!

Vegie soup for dinner and it was delicious (1/2 a nugget pumpkin, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 stick of celery, a bunch of bok choi, 1/2 a vegie stock cube, bit of salt, pepper, nutmeg, harrissa spice mix - oh, and water) with 2 slices of sprouted rye toast with home-made garlic butter.
