2:30 - 2 slices fruit and nut sourdough with peanut butter
3:00 - 1 mandarin
4:00 - 15 min ride to the ABC to catch a lift with the bloke (it was VERY windy, got up to 91km winds last night)
6:30 - 1 slice bread with tahini (I wanted to taste it
7:30 - chicken/bagon delight thingies with baked vegies
beverages: 1 mint/green tea, 1 green chai, 4 tea with milk, 1 beer
