7:00 - 1 hr ride to Uni

8:30 - 2 vitabrits with currants sultanas LSA strawberries and low fat milk

10:00 - dried fruit and nuts.

11:50 - salad turkey roll

12:50 - pear

2:30 - 2 slices fruit and nut sourdough with peanut butter

3:00 - 1 mandarin

4:00 - 15 min ride to the ABC to catch a lift with the bloke (it was VERY windy, got up to 91km winds last night)

6:30 - 1 slice bread with tahini (I wanted to taste it :oops: )

7:30 - chicken/bagon delight thingies with baked vegies

beverages: 1 mint/green tea, 1 green chai, 4 tea with milk, 1 beer

Having a queezy stomache day - so far only managed to drink water with a dash of low joule cordial ...... :cry:

feel better soon michelle. i went to bed and had a bad tummy the other night- it was only wind!

that's no good! the bloke had a bad stomach the other night also, but it was just wind apparently as well - really bad smelly wind :evil: Hope your tummy is something equally as innocuous and not gastro or something cause that would be bad :(

Dare I say it - but yes I feel totally boated with gas (much to the amusement of my office coworker [no I would never do it in the office!!]). My stomache feels like it is going to explode. There is a stomache bug going around at the moment in the offices so I might have picked something up from there.

Friday

11:00am- GJ large soy chai latte with 2 friends at station =)

... on the bus to big shopping centre (my exercise for the day hehe)

2:00pm- Sushi pack (7) pieces... with only 1 soy sauce fish to use for the whole pack, can of diet coke

3:00pm- GJ small peppermint tea

5:00pm- 2 sushi handroll

... off to Albert Park with the boy and his bro

7:00pm- bottle of pepsi max

... back from Albert Park (this is an example of effing up a diet)

10:30pm- KFC extreme burger meal with pepsi max =/
