7:00 - 1 hr ride to Uni

8:30 - raspberry muffin

9:50 - fruit and nuts

12:00 - 14 zuchinni slice with salad

2:00 - pear

2:15 - I caved and had 1 honey nougat bar thing. I nearly bought another 2 but caught myself just in time.

5:00 - 1 hr ride home with laptop and head wind :evil:

7:30 - soo chuffed, the bloke made spag bog NO COOKING, yay. rice pudding for desert :D


Beverages: 4 tea with milk, 1 beer

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)

7.15am Caramel Celeb.Slim shake
10.30am apple
1.00pm chicken and salad
3.30pm apple
6.00pm Strawberry Celeb.Slim shake
7.00pm diet jelly
