So far just water with slices of lime...

I've had a cold for a week now, I've just been continuing with my usual routine because I usually shake it off in a couple of days. This time I don't seem to be getting any better *sits shivering on sofa with blanket around knees*

5:00pm- skim milk latte my boy made me from his machine (isn't he a sweetie hehe)

7:30pm- big bowl of soup with potato, carrot, spring onion and chicken

Apart from a white coffee/tea later tonight that's it for today. Very proud of myself :) definitely made up for yesterday.

muesli
chillibean pie
pack chips and 2 biscuits
'pizza rolls' (homemade rolls with toppings grilled)
1 beer

walked from Salamanca to town (bought a shirt, coat, bike headlight) back to the other end of market and back to car.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
