It wouldn't be a stupid question to ask what I have against logging in.

Brekky: Muesli with banana and lite milk, coffee

Snack: Coffee and 1 square dark choc

Lunch: Soy and Linseed sandwich with turkey and salad and hommus instead of marg, apple

Snack: Licorice tea, 6 rice crackers, handful sunsflower seeds and pepitas.

I don't think I'm eating enough. Question: what calorie intake do you need to have to lose weight without slowing down your metabolism? Based on my height I'm supposed to consume 2200cal a day but with the weight equations it goes as high as 4500-5000cal a day. I'm not sure I could eat that much healthy food in a day. Any ideas people?

No idea's for dinner yet - I will wait to see if any of your ideas inspires me LOL

Might have to have eggs as the chooks are laying like crazy at the moment!

Cheers

Hi Serena,
This link will help you work out what your caloric intake should be.

With eDiets (the paid diet group I belong to) their nutritionists have me listed as weighing 211 pounds (96 kilograms) and have put my exercise down as light, they recommend I consume 1200 to 1300 calories per day.
Now because I also have hypothyroidism that gives me next to no metabolism no matter what exercise I do, I have to stick closer to the lowest amount of calories they recommended for someone of my 5'6 (168 cms) which is 1,200 calories.

Lunch
2 slices of multigrain bread
1 Talespoon peanut paste.
I cup of coffee
