muesli with strawberries, banana and stewed apple and 3/4 cup milk
the juice/kelp mix and a yakult
A glass of Apple, Carrot, Celery and Ginger juice (fresh juiced)
bowl of soup, 2 pieces of rye toast with garlic butter and a plum
cup of tea, muffin, apricot
Baked potato, pumpkin, carrot, beetroot, sweet potato, onion and garlic with steamed corn, asparagus, broccoli, and peas.
