9:00am- Big mug of milo with skim milk (was running late)

11:00am- Coffee with dash of skim milk

12:30pm- Stir fry with rice noodles, beans and chicken pieces, Coffee with dash of skim milk

2:00pmish- English breakfast tea with dash of skim milk

5:00pm- 3 cool mints hehe

7:00pm- Rice, tandoori chicken and coleslaw

8:30pm- Coffee with dash of skim milk

2nd good day in a row yay!

muesli with banana
1 homemade mueslibar (had to try them)
roll with leftover beans, some ham
1 biscuit
2 panadol (killer headache)
fried rice for dinner (home made)

spent 2 hrs properly cleaning the house, then unloaded our stuff from the neighbours shed into ours.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
