30min ride to work

small bowl cornflakes/muesli/banana
fruit and nuts
ham/salad roll
cup of homemade soup (made by a colleage as a fundraiser - very yum)

30min ride home

left over fried rice and rice pudding
2 biscuits

10:00am- large gloria jeans soy chai latte with the boy (was running late again so no brekkie oops)

1:00pm- lunch with the girls- 1/2 bowl chicken and sweetcorn soup, 2 pieces of yummy bread, skim milk latte

3:00pm- 600ml diet coke

6:00pm- planing to have some rice, stir fry vegies and chicken and skim milk flat white for dinner


3rd good day in a row!!!

breakfast: celery stalk. bowl of rolled oats with dried fruit and skim milk

lunch: wholemeal bread sandwich with sanitarium lentil burger with spinach and tomato

snack: 1 kiwi fruit & 1 apple

dinner: White rice with stirfry vegies and beef

7 glasses of water and 2 pepsi max
