6:45 - 1 hr ride to uni

8:30 - 2 vitabrits with sultanas currants, LSA and banana

10:30 - muesli bar (home made)

11:00 - pear

12:00 - turkey/salad roll, mandarine

2:00 - dried fruit and nuts

4:00- 1hr ride home

5:00 - banana and a glass of soda water orange juice gin and contreau :oops:

7:00 - 1/2 a baked potato with low fat ricotta, fried onion/garlic/zucchini, and baked beans

9:30 - mueslibar and pack of chips (I was hungry)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
