Breakfast:3 tomatoes
2 lemon herbal teas
1 green tea

Morning tea: 1 green tea and 2 tomatoes from a can

Lunch: Diet Soup

Afternoon tea: 1 green tea

Tea: Diet Soup, 1 green tea, 1 piece of chicken the size of my palm and 1 tomato from a can.

yeah,I am waiting for our weigh in but this diet isn't working exactly like I planned though. I haven't lost as much weight as it says your supposed to, but I guess slower weightloss means I'll keep it off longer.

I remember when I did that diet with my daughters friend (whose dad was the one that got the diet from the staff at the sacred heart hospital in albany WA.) I noticed I had no weight loss showing until the third day, but both she & her brother lost after day one. At the end of it all she lost 8 kilo and I only lost 5 kilo.

I've attempted to go on that diet again a few times but I have no will power to not eat bread or other starchy carbs each day.
I hope you have a good weight loss at the end of the 7 days.
