7:00 - muesli with banana (no ride to uni this morning due to weather :( )

10:00 - muesli bar and small ham/salad roll (I seem to be hungriest in the mornings)

1:00 - pear, 2 pieces fruit and nut sourdough with peanut butter

2:00 - mandarine

5:30 - 1/2 baked spud with same toppings as yesterday, toasted cheese ham and tomato sanga

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

7:15am- milo and banana

10:00am- tall soy chai latte at uni

12:00pm- toasted cheese sandwich

1:30pm- white tea (ran out of skim milk... :? )

not a particularly good start, or bad. just blah. like my mood right now.
