7:00 - 1 hr ride to uni, only got rained on for 10 or so min from the domain to sandy bay.

8:30 - 2 vitabrits with banana, saltanas, currants, LSA and LFM

10:00 - pear

1:00 - 2 slices fruit and nut sourdough with peanut butter, mandarine

2:00 - dried fruit and nuts

5:00 - 15 min ride to town to hitch a lift home

8:30 - zucchini slice and salad (after trying for 1hr to get the ^*&^% fire started, cold, tired, hungry :evil: )

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

went out for an awesome day with my bestie and our mutual guy friend steve (he needed cool new glasses... and to try his first bubble cup- and we each had stuff to celebrate hehe)

10am- GJ tall soy chai latte

12pm- 3 pieces of gourmet seafood pizza, and 2 glasses of bubbly :)

3pm- strawberry bubble cup with pearls (she had coconut, and he had green tea which was apparently RANK haha)

5pm- white tea at my bestie's place

7pm- white tea at my boyfriend's place hehe

Yeah I don't know if this day was very good on my WL journey but it was soooo much fun, we were pissing ourselves the whole time hehe

8:30pm- small bowl of pasta with grated carrot and light tuna

10:00pm- 1/2 can of coke

You know, I don't know what's going on here, but I seem to lose more weight when I eat whatever I want, compared to small portions of healthy food. It's nuts.

breakfast- natural yougurt and diced apple, lge coffee.

morning tea- coffee

lunch- salmon and tomato on rivitas

arvo tea- coffee!!

dinner- curried chicken seved on a bed of silverbeat and green beans topped with pipitas, sunflower and sesame seads-YUMMO

about 2l water
