7:00 - 1 hr ride to uni, only got rained on for 10 or so min from the domain to sandy bay.
8:30 - 2 vitabrits with banana, saltanas, currants, LSA and LFM
10:00 - pear
1:00 - 2 slices fruit and nut sourdough with peanut butter, mandarine
2:00 - dried fruit and nuts
5:00 - 15 min ride to town to hitch a lift home
8:30 - zucchini slice and salad (after trying for 1hr to get the ^*&^% fire started, cold, tired, hungry
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
