7:30 - 1 vitabrit with muesli, banana and hot LFM
11:00 - handful of sultanas (having sultana craving recently)
1:30 - 2 min noodles, some 80% choc
7:30 -will be baked veges and marinated kangaroo steaks (can get from Woolies- which is the same as safeway- very yum, and low in fat, high in protein. Also cheaper than cow. Just be sure to cook it through - it's not very good medium rare. It's weird, it's tougher rare than well done
Not much in the way of exercise - finished of my wood box today and cleaned the house. Am sore. Very sore. Right hammie and butt, calves arms and back muscles, and hand muscles too.
But I still only got 1 boo-boo (due to not having a vice to hold the timber and jamming hand between hammer and chisel handle while juggling all three) and didn't cut any fingies off
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
