2 slices of wholemeal toast with light peanut butter
1/2 cup of corn flakes - low fat milk

2 slices of wholemeal with a thin slice (wafer thin) of low fat cheese, cucumber and lettuce.
A Le Rice :D

Dinner will be:
rump steak - no fat - grilled with steamed brocolli and carrots. Salad.

Snacks if any: a few raw nuts (maybe 6-8) - that's if I am good!
If not good (which is more than likely!!) a 60% less fat turkish delight!

ps: while we are on the food topic - I thought I would share something with you all...when I started on this low fat diet - I had urges to eat scones! Now, I am not paricularly a scone-eater - but you know what I think it is, because I thought I couldn't have them I wanted them. Now that I know having one now and then didn't affect the weight loss to any degree - I don't want them now!!

Muesli with strawberries, banana and stewed apple.

small pot of tea with a low fat muffin (funny thing was I bought a LOW FAT muffin and they served it with a big dollop of cream  - didn't eat the cream though, not a cream eater, I just thought it was funny)

1/8 slice of zucchini slice, apricot and a plum

Spaghetti with vegie sauce (zucchini, broccoli, capsicum, tomato, onion, garlic, tvp and Dolmio pasta sauce)
The bloke wanted dessert, so we had fruit salad (strawberries, cherries, apricot, banana, apple, mango, kiwi fruit, pineapple) - he had cream, I had 'no fat' natural yoghurt.

Cup of tea

Today was a wipeout.

The usual sultana crunch.

three coffees by midmorning break and half a meat pie

the other half of pie
small tub of low fat yogurt.

got home
slice of bread and cheese

went to friends...plates of the the most mouthwatering, homemade muffins and orange 'frisse`' cakes sitting around. Had be polite. Had another without arm being twisted too much. Had another because they were so yum.

Went home. Child had bought large packet of doritos with pocket money and left packet on couch. Had a few, had a few more, had a few more...finished pack. Owe child packet of doritos. Child not happy with me. Me not happy with me.

Splat. Still shaking off the water and spitting the sand out of my mouth.
