Breakfast- small bowl of special k almonds and honey with skim milk

Lunch- skim milk white tea x 2, pepsi max, small coleslaw, 1 piece of kfc chicken, handful of chips (went out with the boy and his 7 year old sister for lunch)

Not doing particularly well today, but at least I'm honest eh?

Just had a skim milk milo since... and it's 5pm now, so I think my kjs are back on track. Planning on having dinner relatively early, just a small bowl of pasta with pasta sauce and salad.
