9:00 - 1 vitabrit, muesli, warm LFM
11:00 - some saltanas, muesli bar
took the neighbours dog for a walk down to the hardware to get the chain for my wood box. probably 45min walk total.
1:30 - toasted cheese/capsicum/tomato/chilli/sundried tomato sandwich
3:00 - 80%choc, 2 biscuits, sultanas.
7:00 - bean tacos
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
