Pinch and a punch for the first of the month!
Bowl of fruit salad with no fat yoghurt, kelp powder with juice
1/2 a carrot, cut in sticks with hommous (I heard somewhere that the combo of protein and fibre suppressed hunger) and 1 square of 85% cocoa choccie
The last of the zucchini slice with salad
1 calippo icypole (to cool down - it was VERY warm and humid in the gym due to soccer and basketball players being all hot and sweaty)
1.5 bits of ocean trout on asparagus with roasted capsicum and caper "sauce" and salad, 2 slices of pineapple

15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
