Breakfast
2 sprays of avons SlimWell under then tongue
Alpine muslie
plain skim yoplus yoghurt
1 porridge sachet
chopped apple
chopped orange

Pinch and a punch for the first of the month!

Breakfast
Bowl of fruit salad with no fat yoghurt, kelp powder with juice

Snack
1/2 a carrot, cut in sticks with hommous (I heard somewhere that the combo of protein and fibre suppressed hunger) and 1 square of 85% cocoa choccie

Lunch
The last of the zucchini slice with salad

Snack
1 apricot

Pre-badminton
1 banana

Post badminton
1 calippo icypole (to cool down - it was VERY warm and humid in the gym due to soccer and basketball players being all hot and sweaty)

Dinner
1.5 bits of ocean trout on asparagus with roasted capsicum and caper "sauce" and salad, 2 slices of pineapple

slice of toast with about 50 grams cheese. No butter

coffee with milk and one sugar


lunch: salad and cheese roll.
Chai latte


dinner:

2 bbq snags in wholemeal roll with salad and fruit chutney
2 big glasses of ribena cordial
one small vegie muffin

later...
