ok, today was a write of diet wise.
30min ride to work
cornflakes/muesli with banana and skim milk
fruit and nuts
during the day at work I had 2 picnic bars, a small block chocolate and a crunchie bar
30 min ride home
soup and garlic toast.
pack of chips.
But I've figured out why my eating has been off lately - i got me period for the first time in a year or so (I don't get them regularly on implanon)
It was quite funny. I literally thought: oh, I've got my period. Why would that be? Maybe my implanon has run out. Oh my god, if my implanon has run out...I MIGHT BE PERGNANT!!!! Oh, wait on, well DAHH Tegan. Yep. I'm a thinker
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
