ok, today was a write of diet wise.

30min ride to work

cornflakes/muesli with banana and skim milk
pear
salad roll
fruit and nuts
mandarine

during the day at work I had 2 picnic bars, a small block chocolate and a crunchie bar

30 min ride home

soup and garlic toast.
pack of chips.

But I've figured out why my eating has been off lately - i got me period for the first time in a year or so (I don't get them regularly on implanon)

It was quite funny. I literally thought: oh, I've got my period. Why would that be? Maybe my implanon has run out. Oh my god, if my implanon has run out...I MIGHT BE PERGNANT!!!! Oh, wait on, well DAHH Tegan. Yep. I'm a thinker

I did check it - right after I ran out of the loo thinking "I might be pregnant!!!" (I can't believe I'm such a doofus). Still good until after the wedding (good no yucky scars or bandages from it coming out/going in)

Wedding is just cruising - still 9 months away but I might get catering booked soon since it will be a popular weekend.
