6:35 - 1 hr ride in to uni

8:30 - 2 vitabrits with currants/sultanas/LSA and low fat milk (hot)

9:30 - fruit and nuts

11:00 - pear

12:00 - soup and a mandarine

3:30 - 2 pc of sprouted rye sourdough bread with vegemite


4:00 - 1 hr ride home

7:00 - noodles for dinner (I couldn't be stuffed cooking)

Breakfast 7am- Almond and Honey Special k, White Coffee

At work- White Tea, Biscuit

Lunch- 4 sushi (hehe, was starving), Latte

Dinner- Spicy Noodle Soup with Snowpeas, Milo, 1/2 glass Strawberry & Apple Juice

Sooo stressed about exams :? Eating healthy is the last thing on my mind. And it was 5 degrees when I got to work today. OMG *shivers*

I think they're pretty normal. I tend to prefer to have little things throughout the day rather than 3 big meals. Yours aren't that big either
