6:30 - 1hr ride in to uni
8:00 - 2 vitabrits with currants/sultanas/LSA/stewed apple and hot LFM
9:00 -muesli bar (home made)
10:00 - pear
11:30 - salad roll
1:30 - mandarine
3:00 - fruit and nuts and 1 vitabrit with a little muesli and LFM (I was hungry)
3:15 - 15min ride to town to catch ride home
7:00 - baked spud, 2 biscuits

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
