muesli with strawberry, banana and LSA, and the kelp juice mix

1 apricot

egg sandwich on multigrain bread with salt, pepper and a sprinkle of curry powder (Thanks Dolly for that idea - it was good!)

1/2 a carrot in sticks with hommous

The ends of a sushi roll that I was making for a hens night

Stirfry with rice (minimal oil and only soy for flavour)

Hens Night
2 glasses of bubbly about 6 cocktails
2 sushi rolls
3 choccie doodles
1 small piece of cake
a bit of salad
noodle roll
small slice of quiche
lots of strawberries
half dozen crackers and dip

:oops: i'm gonna pay for that

Large bowl of porridge with too much sugar and full cream milk

1x coffee with one sugar and FCM

1 x raspberry & peach herbal tea
