Breakfast 8am- 2 small bananas and white tea

I'm up to my free coffee at gloria jeans so me and the boy are heading over there at about 9:30am :)

Food challenge for today- no pasta, noodles, bread or rice

6:30 - 1hr ride to uni

8:30 - 2 vitabrits, currants, sultanas, LSA, stewed apple LFM (hot)

10;30 - pear, fruit and nuts

11:00 - salad roll

12:00 - mandarine

2:00 - 2 slices fruit and nut sourdough

2:30 - 2 vitabrits and muesli with LFM (hungry again :oops: )

3:30 - 1 hr ride home, then cleaned house

6:30 - 2 biscuits and a pack of chips

7:30 - chicken things with baked vegies

B- Oats, low fat milk, a few sultanas
L- Chicken salad & a little dressing
A/T- Apple 15 rice crackers & lite sweet chilli philly
D- not sure... & diet yoghurt

Snacks- large GJ soy chai latte, white tea

Lunch- rice (oopsies, I said i wasn't going to have starch carbs today :oops: ), green beans, mushrooms, shaved cheese and tuna, 1/2 can of coke

Lunch: Thai Green Curry

Dinner: Ckn Salad
