Didn't feel hungry this morning so just had 2 cups of coffee.

I felt so sad today over Van Nguyen's execution in Singapore. (I didn't sleep much either, feeling for his mother)
If they really had to execute him to set an example fine, but not by hanging, a lethal injection would have been much more humane. His poor family.
I just removed the link I had here earlier, someone had altered the wording of it with rude language.

Lunch
Had 4 slices of multigrain bread and cheese (see what happens when you miss breakfast)

I have been quite depressed and angry about this too, Dolly. I haven't felt much like eating today.

Van Nguyen's mother has been the one truly punished. For the rest of her life.

2 Salada Crackers with Ham and Tomato

Dinner
Homemade Sausage Roll, using Chicken Mince and Mountian Bread
Lettuce Salad
Rockmelon

Snacks
Seeds
3 Cruskits with a little vegimite
AND a couple of Crystal's Salt & Vinegar Chips and Jelly Snakes :oops: :x

AND a couple or maybe a couple more glasses of wine :wink: :oops: :lol:
not a good start to the December challenge, ah well I'll worry about it tomorrow. :roll:

2 lemon herbal teas

Lunch: Diet Soup


Tea: Subways foot long beef teriyaki sub ( I thought I deserved a treat, plus by the time I would've got home it would've been too late for tea).
