5:30am - Bran Plus
8:30am - FibreX w. chocolate protein powder, Home made chocolate protein bar, 2 squares of sugar free chocolate (noticing a theme here? haha)
11:30am - Pumpkin & cauliflower soup, Almonds
2:30pm - Cheese & salad sandwich on empower bread, Protein shake
5:30pm: Tofu & veg stir fry, Carb smart icecream
8:30pm: Tuna w. green salad, Diet jelly

6:45 - 1 hr ride to uni

8:30 - 2 vitabrits/currants/sultanas/LSA/LFM (hot)

9:30 - pear

10:00 - handfull of fruit and nuts

11:30 - salad roll

12:00 - 1 (and only 1) timtam with a cuppa.

2:00 - toasted sanga (ham/cheese/avocado/capsicum/sundried tomatoes/chilli)

3:30 - fruit and nuts

5:00 - 1 hr ride home

7:30 - spaghetti bolognaise (small serve)

Breakfast- milo

Late lunch- bowl of roast chicken pieces and mushrooms

Snack- nutella on a spoon, white tea
