NOW- Breakfast- skim milk white tea and small bowl of special k honey and almonds

Snack- PLAN- fruit

Late lunch- PLAN- no starch carbs, probably small bowl of chicken pieces and a few mushrooms like yesterday

Snack- PLAN- skim milk flat white

CW- 57kgs, GW- 53kgs (8kgs lost!)

What actually happened...

Breakfast- skim milk white tea and small bowl of special k honey and almonds

Snack- 1/2 cup creaming soda

Late lunch- 2 eggs, scrambled, skim milk flat white

No more food until 7pm.

9:45 - (birthday breakfast out) muesli with milk a bit of fruit and scones with jam and total of about 1/2tsp cream

3:00 - banana, fruit and nuts 1 slice bread with peanut butter

7:00 - vege soup with garlic toast, banana and mueslibar slice
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
