9:45 - (birthday breakfast out) muesli with milk a bit of fruit and scones with jam and total of about 1/2tsp cream
3:00 - banana, fruit and nuts 1 slice bread with peanut butter
7:00 - vege soup with garlic toast, banana and mueslibar slice
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
