Felt faint so had a vitamin tablet and a vegemite toast, feeling better now :D

muesli with banana, strawberries, LSA and LFM

lunch
hommity pie with chutney

Snack
1 apricot

Dinner
Chicken breast (no skin) with salad, steamed 1/2 cob corn, 2 asparagus, baked garlic and onion (The bloke had baked vegies) and a glass of gin and tonic

1 square of 85% cocoa chocolate, sucked, 1 apricot, 1 plum

small serves of four different vegetable curries
2 small cubes of tofu

snacks: carrot and orange

lunch: steamed broccoli,cauliflower and shallot plus 1 piece of crumbed fish

tea: 1 piece of beef with parsley sprinkled on it, natural yoghurt with cinnamon, lemon juice,and flaxseed

2 litres + of water today :D

Caved in to food-cravings last night. This was comfort eating. I had three slices of rye bread, and a small amount of cheese.
Much later...had a small bowl of muesli.
