Breaky- Oats, skim, sultanas
Lunch- Sweet potato&leek soup
bread roll
A/T-Apple. maybe low fat pikelet/scone or something (visiting with nana :D)
Dinner- Lasagne

muesli with banana and hot LFM
muesli bar
toasted cheese/ham/tomato/capsicum sandwich
4 biscuits :oops: , musli bar
curried cauliflower and potato with rice and garlic naan and a mango lassi (actually a very good choice - very little to be ashamed f from that restaurant trip!) AD I didn't have dessert
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
